Account Management

You can manage your account settings, subscription, and view your credit balance from the Account page.

Accessing Your Account Page

  1. Click on your username or profile icon in the top right corner of the navigation bar.
  2. Select “Account Settings” from the dropdown menu.

Account Information

On the Account page, you’ll find:

  • Email Address & Username: Your registered details.
  • Your Plan: Displays your current subscription plan (e.g., Hobby, Pro) or your credit balance if you’re on a free/credit-based tier.

Managing Your Subscription

  • If you have an active subscription, you’ll see a “Manage Subscription” button.

  • Clicking this button will redirect you to our payment processor’s customer portal (e.g., Stripe or LemonSqueezy). There, you can:

    • Update your payment method.
    • View your billing history.
    • Change or cancel your subscription.
  • If you don’t have an active subscription, or wish to upgrade/buy credits, you’ll see a “Buy More/Upgrade” link which takes you to the Pricing Page.

Credits System

Some features, like AI Prompt Optimization on the Hobby plan, consume credits. On the Account page, you can:

  • View your current credit balance
  • See your credit usage history
  • Purchase more credits (via the Pricing Page)

Account Security

We recommend these security best practices:

  • Update your password regularly
  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Enable two-factor authentication if available
  • Log out when using shared devices

Logging Out

  • To log out of your account, click on your username/profile icon in the navigation bar.
  • Select “Log Out” from the dropdown menu.

Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account:

  1. Go to the Account page.
  2. Scroll to the bottom to find the “Delete Account” section.
  3. Click the “Delete My Account” button.
  4. Confirm your choice in the confirmation dialog.
